Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Refreshing and refined. This cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc from Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley vineyards combines tropical, saline and mineral notes giving it a true sense of place. Intense passionfruit and guava notes are derived from riper grapes exposed to late afternoon sun, while more shady vineyard rows produce berries with flinty aromas and hints of yellow Cape gooseberry. Serve chilled for maximum enjoyment.
