Palate

Vanilla and oak is predominant and immediately identifiable. Smooth caramel and banana become evident in the middle, and a slight char imparted by the Bourbon barrel rounds the taste experience.

Aroma

It begins with the smell of sweet vanilla and caramel notes, followed by banana and the quintessential rum spirit.

Serving Suggestion

Enjoy on the rocks with a slice of orange peel. For a classic Dark & Stormy combine with Ginger Beer, mint and lime. We are not offended by a traditional South African pairing with your favorite cola. Alternatively a golden mojito with vanilla syrup, lime, mint and soda makes for a refreshing drink.
